This notice covers hamiltonn.net. The website is operated by HAMILTONN LTD (company no. 15023569), registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Flat 1, 117 Station Road, Edgware, England, HA8 7JG. Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the information you enter, including your name, company, email address, phone number where provided, service interest and message. We also record the page from which the form was submitted, the time of submission and the originating IP address. Standard web-server and security logs may also contain IP address, request time, browser or request details and requested URLs.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess what service you are asking for, take steps at your request before entering into a contract where applicable, and administer our business relationship. Our lawful bases are contract / steps before a contract where Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR applies and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and operating our services where Article 6(1)(f) applies. We use technical and security logs under our legitimate interests in protecting, troubleshooting and securing the website. We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Who receives the information

Enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox and a restricted server-side copy is retained so that enquiries are not lost. We use hosting, infrastructure and email service providers that process information on our behalf. We may disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where this is necessary or required by law. We do not sell enquiry information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

International transfers

Some technology or communications providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is a restricted transfer under UK data-protection law, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or other legally recognised safeguard as required. Listing Dubai or Muscat as service/contact locations does not by itself mean that website enquiry data is automatically transferred to those locations.

How long we keep it

The restricted server-side enquiry copy is retained for up to 24 months and then removed through the site’s retention process. Email correspondence and related business records may be retained for longer where needed for an ongoing client relationship, contract administration, accounting or legal obligations, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or another documented business need. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational log-rotation and security requirements and are then deleted or overwritten.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email hq@hamiltonn.net. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Required information and automated decisions

Fields marked as required on the enquiry form are needed so that we can receive and respond to the enquiry. Optional fields do not have to be completed. We do not use the website enquiry form to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current public website does not set advertising, analytics or marketing cookies and does not use browser localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking or profiling. If this changes, we will update this notice and implement consent controls where UK law requires them.
