Every infrastructure project ends with documentation you own: network diagrams, IP schemes, credentials in a proper vault, patch-panel maps and photos. The next engineer — ours or anyone else’s — should understand your network in twenty minutes.

Do you install CCTV and door access too?
Yes, as part of infrastructure projects — and where a project includes building works, we coordinate delivery with Hamiltonn Home Improvements so one programme covers both.
Our comms cabinet is a disaster. Can you just tidy it?
Gladly. Rack remediation — re-patching, labelling, documenting — is a fixed-scope job we do often, usually in a single quiet weekend.
Do you take over networks other companies installed?
Yes. We audit, document what actually exists, fix the dangerous parts and then manage it as if we’d built it.
